    The yoga class I attend provides resistance bands that are longer and wider but I wanted a smaller band that i could pack away nice and easily with my growing collection of equipment! I chose the light band not so much for the resistance it provides but to enable me to achieve certain yoga positions where I am not quite flexible enough and the band allows me to keep the correct position. This product is an excellent product and extremely affordable.
