    This yoga mat is great for people big , small, wide, and thin. A good amount of space to do exercises/stretches that require you to lay down. If you have pets make sure you keep this out of reach as they will chew at it, including cats. My feet would hurt because of the pressure of the ground. but now that I have this mat, I can jump and jog and have a surface that is great at taking in impact. Honestly worth the money, cheaper and good option. Quality is quite decent, would recommend for those who want to get moving at home.

And then it had perfect width to do all kinds of exercises stretches on it at the same time. I got the purple color. And I like the fact that I could choose my color. It’s also the right thickness, not too thin, not too thick for doing exercise exercises and then it does roll up and you can put it in the corner or the closet .
