    I liked my Manduka mat so much, I bought this one for my Wife.
    Thin, so you can feel the ground. If you like a Yoga mat with a lot of cushioning (I don’t, personally), this is not the mat for you. I find that thin mats make it easier to balance.
    Because of the natural material it’s made from, when I lay it out, it doesn’t curl up at the ends.
    Very good grip from the rubber.
