After my baby was born, I didn't have much time to do things and I found this set to be an opportunity to exercise during the hours she was sleeping. I found it very easy to use, resistant, has different intensities, can be used to do many types of exercises, my husband even tested it and liked it, it has great cost-benefit, easy to transport, I'm really like it and would like to recommend it.

    They seem to be Ok and arrived on time, but you may wish to know the kit only comes with 2 carabiner clips. My wife is recovering from a complete knee repacement op, so for her, this means when she needs to change from 1 exercise (eg: leg swing) to another (eg: pull up) with different power ratings she has to completely dismantle the first in order to assemble the second. I had to buy some additional carabiners for her, 6 for £4 not too bad, but maybe would have considered other options first.
