What is Chromium Picolinate?
Chromium Picolinate is colloquially known as Chromium (Cr). Chromium is a mineral, classed as an essential trace element because very small amounts of Chromium are essential for human health. There are two forms of Chromium: trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium, with the former being found in food and supplements.
