Excellent customer service
Firstly, this product is very good…but one of the bands broke. I contacted Customer Service (sending them photos) and within 24 hours then sent a complete replacement set. I heartily recommend this product and this company UPDATE July 2020 I’ve been using these bands daily since March 2020 – sadly snapped again
