I bought this mat for my mum, who’s in her 60s and eager to get into yoga but needed something with extra cushioning to protect her knees and prevent feeling the floor beneath. She absolutely loves it! The 10mm thickness gives her plenty of support, and she feels so much more comfortable during her practice now.
It’s also surprisingly lightweight for how thick it is, so it’s easy for her to move around and store. The mat grips the floor really well, so it doesn’t slide during workouts, which is great for her confidence while using it at the gym. Plus, the carrying strap is a nice touch, making it easy to take to classes.
I’d definitely recommend this to anyone starting yoga or Pilates who needs a little extra support for sensitive joints or isn’t used to being on the floor. It’s a fantastic mat for beginners and those looking for comfort.

Cary strap is very useful for carrying and hanging up. Love the colour … purple. Good thickness and it doesn’t slip on the floor and my feet don’t slip on it . Excellent value

Searched a lot of reviews before plumping for this mat. I’m new to yoga and find the thickness of this mat just right. It’s a well made product and comes with a carry string – highly recommend.

Good for use, thick material but came with no wrapping thingy had to purchase separately. Good color too.

Great yoga mat. It is very comfortable and folds up nicely after each use. I am very happy with it.

So it's a good foam mat, it's rolled up the right way round but doesn't roll up whilst I'm using it but it's not a pig to roll up again either. Good support and I'm no twig. My only gripe is that the pictures imply a carry strap, there isn't one.
