In my newcomers opinion, these bands are pretty good. I have only just started to introduce resistance training into my work outs, and these bands seem like a good place to start. I can feel the difference in the 3 different levels of resistance. They are a nice set of colours, and they feel like they are good quality. At £9, I believe they are good value. I did wonder if they might have a rubbery smell, but they don't, which I was very pleased about. The storage bag is a great bonus, and keeps them nicely stored away with the rest of my yoga things. Very pleased with these bands so far!

A good texture and great length to them. These are used for physio exercises and have been a great help.
The material is not too thick and not too thin. Each band goes up slightly in thickness and the material is of a good quality. Doesn’t feel like it would snap and good resistance in each level.
Definitely good value for money, feel like these will last a while.

These are exactly as described, in the three different weights/strengths, and easily identifiable by their colours. They feel really good quality like they’re going to last a long time. They’re perfect for strengthening exercises, and really versatile – you just need to have a look online to find loads and loads of different exercises you can do with them, or personally I go to a physiotherapist who recommended using them for strengthening and gave me specific exercises.

A set of three resistance bands of varying strengths. They're OK but, a bit long for many exercises you'd use them for. Thus requiring them to be doubled over or have a not tied at one end to shorten them. That said, the length is stated on the listing, so that's not a complaint agains the manufacturer. But just something to be aware of before ordering. Check the length against the exercises you intend to use them for.

I've found these yoga resistance bands very different to some of the resistance looped bands I've used in the past. These bands rely on being able to grasp them effectively. They are perfect for sustained posture, exercise, and stamina. The three bands come with a small drawstring bag, which is ideal for storage and transport, but do not come with any instructions. I'm very pleased with them.

This was my first set of resistance bands, and as such I did not know what to expect. For me I'd have preferred a chunkier elastic band as these require far more grip in my poor fingers. That said, whilst at first glance there wasn't much between the thinnest and thickest bands, the thinnest being the easy and the thickest the hard, there is a good resistance difference. I had initially tried all three and thought, easy and all the same. BUt after working through each in turn, my arms and legs, for three repetitions, I was exhausted.
I am 5'8" and long in arm, but the shorter of the two size options felt comfortable to me and gave a good stretch. from a position under my foot to shoulder level.
So, all in all, a great product for beginner, and one that I shall have to master with a few guided lessons. I also need to be less blasé and take things a tad easier so I dont pull anything.

I was really pleased to get to try these extra long bands. I have found them more versatile for pressing overhead or being able choose a higher tethering point than standard bands. They seem really good quality, stretch evenly and consistently, plus come with a nice storage bag they fit neatly back in to.
