Since buying my first set in Covid lockdown, and in the years since, I have owned many different sets of resistance bands and tried multiple others of friends or at gyms etc., and as such have a fair idea of what makes a good set of resistance bands and what does not. What you get with good quality bands is that the resistance feels true from the moment the band is no longer slack until it is fully extended during the exercise. With lower quality bands this is not always the case with the band feeling like it does not want to stretch but then does and overtime I have found these lose their resistance level and become easier to exercise with, which is not what you want. These bands are very much in the higher quality end and have a nice feel to them when exercising fully through the motion. The breadth of the levels of resistance across the 6 bands is excellent and makes this set suitable for someone experienced in resistance training who already has a good strength base. On the flip of this, if you are just starting out or are looking for a resistance band set for light physio then maybe consider some other options which have lighter resistance bands and do not include the heavier bands as included in this set. Per photos with this review, in the box along with the 6 bands you also receive a door anchor, a drawstring carry bag and a glossy wall exercise chart The door anchor is a nice addition and opens up the number of exercises which are possible to be performed with the resistance bands in and around the home. A really IMPORTANT note though when using the door anchor is to ensure that you are pulling the opposite way to which the door itself opens, so you are pulling against the door frame. Overall I would definitely recommend this set and give it 5 stars for the quality of the bands and for the variance in resistance.
