I am a self-employed physical therapist who sees orthopedic clients in their homes. I was getting tired of continually replacing latex bands due to frequent failure, so I decided to give these a try. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality and functionality of these bands! They don't "roll up" on the legs like the latex bands did. The "medium" band is strong enough for most of my clients (including males). However, these might not work well on obese individuals, as the circumference of the bands are not very large. Other than that, I would highly recommend these!

Fabric it self is not that hard to scratch skin (as i had that experience before) It does exactly what it’s supposed to without any hassle. Plus clear writing makes easy to select band.
It’s compact and easy to use, making it a great addition to my routine.
