Helpful in osteoarthritis
Since being recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my right hand I was advised to purchase a gel ball to exercise the muscle. I have found this ball to be addictive in the comfort it provides and am rarely without it. Would highly recommend.

    These are very good but would prefer 2 different sizes instead of softness. I prefer the harder ball (blue one) and would like a larger one like that too. I know most people prefer the pink.
