    Die fünf Widerstandsbänder werden in einer transparenten Tasche mit Zip-Verschluss geliefert. Trotz dieser eigentlich ausreichenden Tasche ist eine weitere schwarze Aufbewahrungstasche enthalten- toll. Leider geht von den Bändern beim Öffnen ein leichter unangenehmer künstlicher Geruch aus, ich hoffe, dass dieser nach und nach verfliegt. Die Bänder machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck, fühlen sich gut an und lassen sich gut dehnen und greifen. Durch die verschiedenen Farben und den individuellen Aufdruck ("z..B. "light") lassen sich die Bänder gut voneinander unterscheiden. Die Bänder lassen sich laut Anleitung mit warmen Wasser und etwas Seife reinigen. Dank Anleitung mit bebilderten Übungen kann man auch als Anfänger direkt loslegen.
    Fazit: Empfehlenswerte, gut verarbeitete Widerstandsbände, auch für Anfänger geeignet.
