    These 32inch bands are only good for chest presses.they are described as good for people under 5ft 10.well I'm short at 5ft 4,and I still found them too short.i will stick with my 41inch bands and just wrap em once or twice around my feet to take up the slack.also these bands have powdery coating on them,which doesn't come off.some people maybe allergic to this.having got the powder on my hands,I must have rubbed my eyes somehow.and the reaction caused my eyes to irritate,and sting.just be warned of this.the company should say about the powder on the bands.these bands are waste of money….

    I bought my bands separately but wish I'd got them as a set, as it works out much cheaper. I use the bands for X3 since I'm 5'4" and the 41" bands give far too much slack. I've had these for almost a year now and still think they are brilliant 👍

    I am 5'4" and these 32 inch bands are great for chest press, dead lifts, bicep curls and rows. Finally I have resistance at the bottom part of the exercise. More companies should consider adding sizes other than 41 inch bands. Serious steel has the market beat.

The Serious Steel 32″ bands are specifically designed for resistance trianing, especially for those who are under 6 feet tall. These band also work great with different resistance board systems.
A COMPLETE HOME GYM: Bands range from 2 lbs (#0) to 200 lbs (#6) of tension. Made with 15 layers of continuous latex, these bands are made to endure tough workouts. If doing overhead movements, such as presses, or squats, consider the 41″ bands.
PORTABLE AND FUNCTIONAL: Take the bands anywhere – can be easily used while traveling, at home, at the gym, warming up and more. If using with a workout board system, or resistance training board system, please be aware you MUST use a Band Guard to prevent bands from becoming damaged on the corners of the sharp edges of resistance band board systems.
